✦ For custom made character, you obtain the commercial use. You CAN sell/trade/gift it to someone later on

✦ I own full copyright to my art

✦ The payment shall be made after the sketch approval

✦ If you have any specific request, like expression, theme, background, tell me in advance

✦ My prices can slightly increase depending on character complexity

✦ Refund can be made only before showing a first WIP later after the sketch was already approved

✦ Send a star emoji along your request if you’ve fully read my t.o.s.

✦ I take a couple days to a month to finish my art. Many factors such as school, motivation, inspiration, sickness, etc, can get in the way of my art.

✦ Major Modification can be made only if I’m not past the lineart process.

✦ Slight modifications can be made until the start of the shading process.

✦ I take a couple days to a few weeks to finish

✦ I do carrd designs. I do not fill in the informations of the customer. Users will fill the infos themselves.

✦ Money payment should be made at the early/midway stage of the process.

✦ Art payments should be finished within a month. I may not continue building the carrd further than half of it until I receive the art payment.

✦ Do not remove the « this carrd maker » credit.

✦ I need a lot of informations to do carrd commission: what style you want, colour palette and good idea of the infos wanted in each sections of the carrd.

✦ I add animations to the carrd designs. ( page change & certain elements )

✦ I usually optimize readability for the mobile version. But on demand I can put the importance on keeping the regular design (wide screens).
